Maple water smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) maple water
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) frozen strawberries
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) frozen mango
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) kale
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 scoop veggie protein powder (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
