Ingredients

  • English muffin
  • Tomato sauce
  • Torn buffalo mozzarella
  • Halved cherry tomatoes
  • Basil

Directions

  1. Split English muffin, toast and spread with tomato sauce, torn buffalo mozzarella, and halved cherry tomatoes. 
  2. Grill until melted. 
  3. Top with basil.
