Marshmallow bread with honey and pistachios

  • 1 3/4 cup self-rising flour (To make your own, all you have to do is combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.)
  • 207 milliliter jar of marshmallow spread
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup toasted pistachios


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a dry pan, toast of the pistachios until they are warmed through and can smell them getting toasted. When finished, slightly crush them.
  3. In a large bowl mix together vigorously the marshmallow, vanilla, honey and the milk.
  4. Slowly add in the flour and the pistachios until a thick batter consistency forms.
  5. Pour mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool for at least an hour before serving.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
