Marshmallow bread with honey and pistachios
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup self-rising flour (To make your own, all you have to do is combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.)
- 207 milliliter jar of marshmallow spread
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup toasted pistachios
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a dry pan, toast of the pistachios until they are warmed through and can smell them getting toasted. When finished, slightly crush them.
- In a large bowl mix together vigorously the marshmallow, vanilla, honey and the milk.
- Slowly add in the flour and the pistachios until a thick batter consistency forms.
- Pour mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Let cool for at least an hour before serving.
- Slice and enjoy!
