1 3/4 cup self-rising flour (To make your own, all you have to do is combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.)
207 milliliter jar of marshmallow spread
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup toasted pistachios
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a dry pan, toast of the pistachios until they are warmed through and can smell them getting toasted. When finished, slightly crush them.
In a large bowl mix together vigorously the marshmallow, vanilla, honey and the milk.
Slowly add in the flour and the pistachios until a thick batter consistency forms.
Pour mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
