Ingredients
Meats:
Octoberfest sausage
Turkey
Roast ham
Pepperettes
Whole salami
Cheese:
Blue cheese
Smoked Applewood cheddar
Camembert
Add ons:
Seeded mustard
Dijon mustard
Cranberry chutney
Smoked honey
Sauerkraut
Gherkin pickles
Spicy dill pickle chips
Sliced apples
Baguette slices
Plain crackers
Roasted grapes in black pepper and Balsamic:
1 cup of red or white small seedless grapes, on their vines
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
Grapes:
Preheat oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place grapes gently on baking sheet and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season with pepper.
Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes until grapes have softened and balsamic has caramelized.
Let cool and serve with cheese.
Board:
Serve all ingredients on a lazy suzan for easy access.
Serve cheeses at room temperature, and ensure each has its own serving knife to avoid mixing notes.
Garnish with herbs like sage and rosemary.
