Meatball wrap
Ingredients
- 455 grams mint and dill meatball
Citrus herb mayo:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mint
- 2 tablespoons dill
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
To assemble:
- Warm pita
- Sliced cucumbers
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced roma tomatoes
- Pickled turnips
Directions
For the citrus herb mayo:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
To assemble:
- Slather pita generously with Citrus Herb Mayo. Layer cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, pickled turnips, and warm meatballs. Roll into a wrap, and enjoy! :)
