Ingredients
1/2 cup hummus, homemade or store bought
2 small whole wheat pitas
1/2 cup chopped baby spinach
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped pitted Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon Greek Seasoning
Directions
Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 375F.
Spread a layer of hummus over each pita. Top evenly with the baby spinach, tomatoes, olives, and feta. Sprinkle with the Greek Seasoning.
Arrange the pitas on a baking sheet and bake for eight to ten minutes, until the spinach has wilted and the cheese is just golden.
Enjoy immediately.
