Mediterranean pita pizzas
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hummus, homemade or store bought
- 2 small whole wheat pitas
- 1/2 cup chopped baby spinach
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped pitted Kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Greek Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 375F.
- Spread a layer of hummus over each pita. Top evenly with the baby spinach, tomatoes, olives, and feta. Sprinkle with the Greek Seasoning.
- Arrange the pitas on a baking sheet and bake for eight to ten minutes, until the spinach has wilted and the cheese is just golden.
- Enjoy immediately.
