Meister affogato cocktail

"We’re giving new life to an affogato. Never had it before? It’s espresso with a single scoop of ice cream. But here we’re adding a bit of Chilled Jagermeister for that added brightness and fresh mint for a delicious treat."

Ingredients

  • 1 single shot of espresso
  • 1.5 ounce Jagermeister
  • 2 small scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 sprig of mint

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, add your ice cream and top with espresso, Jagermeister and add your sprig of mint.
  2. Additional Notes: It’s best to have the Jagermeister bottle chilled (specifically -18 degrees is the optimal temperature to enjoy Jagermeister). But it also comes in handy by keeping the ice cream chilled and less likely to melt as quickly once the espresso is poured over top.
