1 liter of water

1 1/2 bar/tablets of Mexican chocolate

1 cinnamon stick

Directions
- Add the water, chocolate and cinnamon stick to a pot and boil over medium heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate dissolves.
- Once the chocolate has dissolved, remove it from the heat and beat the chocolate with a molinillo (traditional Mexican whisk) until the foam is obtained. If you don’t have a molinillo, you can use a whisk or a frother to make the foam.
