Mini bundt cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs (room temperature)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup milk
- Icing sugar, for garnish
- Mini eggs, icing, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Mix butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add baking powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add three eggs, one at a time, and mix each individually well. Add in the fourth egg.
- Add two tablespoons of flour. Repeat for the fifth and sixth eggs.
- Combine vanilla with milk.
- Add one-third of the flour and half of milk, then one-third of flour and half of milk then one-third flour.
- Pour batter into the greased pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Decorate with icing sugar and mini eggs or fill the center with icing and top with a chocolate-covered strawberry that looks like a carrot. Enjoy!
