Morning salmon bagel with vegan cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 sesame bagels, cut in half
  • 500 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 container of cashew vegan cream cheese (preferably a herb flavoured one)
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Freshly cracked pepper, to garnish

Directions

  1. Toast the sesame bagel.
  2. Top with the vegan cashew cream cheese, then add on the samlon and cucumber slices.
  3. Garnish with fresh dill, capers, red onions and freshly cracked pepper.
