Ingredients
Ice
148 milliliters (5 ounces) ginger beer
30 milliliters (1 ounce) vodka
3 millimeters lime wheel and mint sprig
Twisted version:
22 milliliters (0.75 ounce) pineapple or passionfruit simple sugar
15 milliliters (0.5 ounce) fresh lime juice
Garnish: Dehydrated pineapple chip for Pineapple only
Simple sugar:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup pineapple/passionfruit puree
Directions
Moscow mule:
Fill a copper mug with ice. Combine ginger beer and vodka, then stir.
Twisted version:
Add simple sugar and lime juice to drink, and stir.
Simple sugar:
Combine in saucepan and simmer until desired consistency.
