Ingredients
Salmon fillet
Olive oil
Dijon mustard
Brown sugar
Salt and pepper
Directions
Brush each salmon fillet (skin-side down) with olive oil and two tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
Sprinkle with two teaspoons of brown sugar.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350F for ten minutes.
