Mr Jay Jay's sweet crust salmon

A healthy fish dish that's de-lish! A great choice for the busy bee in the family.

Ingredients
- Salmon fillet
- Olive oil
- Dijon mustard
- Brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Brush each salmon fillet (skin-side down) with olive oil and two tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
- Sprinkle with two teaspoons of brown sugar.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 350F for ten minutes.
