No-bake energy and protein bites

Amazing no-bake bites for a big boost before or after your workout.

Ingredients

Energy bites base

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

Peanut butter chocolate flavour

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup peanuts

Orange cranberry flavour

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinammon

Lemon blueberry flavour

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup dried bluberries
  • 1 lemon, zested

Protein bites base

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

Lemon poppyseed flavour

  • 2 lemons, zested
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Strawberry shortcake flavour

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup dried strawberries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Oatmeal cookie

  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinammon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Energy Bites

Peanut butter chocolate flavour

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Roll dough out into one inch balls.

Orange cranberry flavour

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Roll dough out into one inch balls.

Lemon blueberry flavour

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Roll dough out into one inch balls.

Protein Bites

Lemon poppyseed

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  3. Roll into one inch balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer. 

Strawberry shortcake

  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  3. Roll into one inch balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer. 

Oatmeal cookie

  1. Set aside half a cup of oats.
  2. Place all the remaining ingredients into your food processor and pulse until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the raisins and remaining oats.
  4. Roll into one inch balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
