- 1 lemon, zested
Protein bites base
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
Lemon poppyseed flavour
- 2 lemons, zested
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Strawberry shortcake flavour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup dried strawberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Oatmeal cookie
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinammon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Energy Bites
Peanut butter chocolate flavour
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Roll dough out into one inch balls.
Orange cranberry flavour
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Roll dough out into one inch balls.
Lemon blueberry flavour
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Roll dough out into one inch balls.
Protein Bites
Lemon poppyseed
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Roll into one inch balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Strawberry shortcake
- Place all ingredients into your food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Roll into one inch balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Oatmeal cookie
- Set aside half a cup of oats.
- Place all the remaining ingredients into your food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the raisins and remaining oats.
- Roll into one inch balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
