Ingredients
Fries:

5 potatoes, washed

2 tablespoons (15 milliliters) olive oil

1/4 teaspoon (1.25 milliliters) paprika

1/4 teaspoon (1.25 milliliters) onion powder

1/4 teaspoon (1.25 milliliters) garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) oregano

Salt
Gravy:
-
1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) whole butter

1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) all-purpose flour

1 cup (240 milliliters) beef stock
-
1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) soy sauce
To serve:

1/2 cup (120 milliliters) cheese curds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F (205 C).
Fries:
- Cut the potatoes into medium-sized fries.
- In a large bowl, toss cut potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and salt.
- Transfer potatoes to a lined baking sheet and spread out evenly. Bake in oven for twenty-five minutes or until golden brown.
Gravy:
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, cook, stirring often until brown.
- Add beef stock and continue to cook and stir until thickened. Add soy sauce to finish.
To serve:
- In a serving dish, place fries, top with cheese curds, cover all with gravy and serve immediately.
