Place the pine, sugar and cinnamon in a blend and blend until it becomes a powder.
Start by mixing the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and then slowly add the water until a thick batter is formed. Kind of like a bread batter and pancake batter
In a hot pan with oil, add the batter in spoonfuls and fry until golden brown then drain on paper towel.
While the bread is still hot and draining, cover the bread in a fine dusting of pine sugar. Or enjoy with jam or butter!
