Pan seared sea bass with lemon
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) grapeseed oil
- 142 gram striped bass fillets, skin on
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 lemon, to garnish
Directions
- Heat grapeseed oil in a non-stick pan over high heat.
- Season sea bass fillets with salt and pepper and place in pan skin side down.
- Once skin is crispy, flip, cook for one minute and transfer to a serving dish.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
