Passion fruit spritz

  • 120 milliliters (4 ounces) chilled prosecco
  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) passion fruit juice
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) Aperol
  • Passion fruit seeds, for garnish


  1. Combine the prosecco, passion fruit juice, and Aperol in a white-wine glass, and stir. Add ice, and garnish with passion fruit seeds. You can also garnish with a slice of almost any fresh fruit, according to season. A slice of orange or peach would be good. Serve immediately.
