YIELDS

Ingredients

120 milliliters (4 ounces) chilled prosecco
60 milliliters (2 ounces) passion fruit juice
30 milliliters (1 ounce) Aperol
Passion fruit seeds, for garnish

Directions

Combine the prosecco, passion fruit juice, and Aperol in a white-wine glass, and stir. Add ice, and garnish with passion fruit seeds. You can also garnish with a slice of almost any fresh fruit, according to season. A slice of orange or peach would be good. Serve immediately.
