Ingredients
Shrimp
Ice bath
Classic cocktail sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 - 2 tablespoons horseradish
Grilled pineapple and ginger cocktail sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 - 2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
2 canned pineapple rings
Avocado crema:
1 ripe avocado
Sour cream
lime juice
1 jalapeno
Directions
Classic cocktail sauce:
Blend 1/2 cup ketchup with squeeze of lemon juice and one to two tablespoons horseradish.
Grilled pineapple and ginger cocktail sauce:
Same as above, but add one tablespoon finely chopped ginger and two canned pineapple rings, and blend.
Avocado crema:
Blend one ripe avocado with sour cream, lime juice and one jalapeño.
