  • 750 ml of Awazibi maple syrup


  1. Simmer maple syrup for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  2. It is ready when you in a metal spoon and it will comes off the spoon like a string. 
  3. Stir for ten minutes until it gets to a light brown colour
  4. Then pour into a pie tin to cool for about 25 or 30 minutes. Then eat.
