Pina Colada smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) coconut milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) veggie protein powder (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
