Ingredients

2 ounces light rum

1-1/2 ounces cream of coconut

1-1/2 ounce pineapple juice

1/2 ounce lime juice

Optional: 1/2 ounce Dememera sugar syrup

Pineapple wedge and/or cherry for garnish
Directions
- Add all the ingredients accept the garnish to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for a good 20-30 seconds and strain into a coup or cocktail glass and garnish.
