Piña colada

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 1-1/2 ounces cream of coconut
  • 1-1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • Optional: 1/2 ounce Dememera sugar syrup
  • Pineapple wedge and/or cherry for garnish


  1. Add all the ingredients accept the garnish to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for a good 20-30 seconds and strain into a coup or cocktail glass and garnish.
