Pineapple coconut sour

You put some lime (and pineapple) in the coconut and shake it all up! Bring a tropical vacation to your home with this delicious pineapple coconut sour. Made with coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut water and lime juice, you'll love every sip of this drink. 



  • 2 oz Malibu or coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut water
  • 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Pineapple spear or coconut shaving and a lime wheel, to garnish


  1. Place Malibu or coconut rum, coconut water, freshly squeezed lime juice, fresh pineapple juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
  2. Shake and strain into a rock or martini glass and garnish with a pineapple spear, coconut shavings and a lime wheel. Enjoy!
