Pink lady smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 red apple, cored and sliced
- 1 red grapefruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) coconut oil
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) strawberries, sliced
- 2 celery sticks, trimmed and sliced
- 1 centimeter piece ginger, peeled
- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) water
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
