Ingredients

  • 1.5oz pure pomegranate juice
  • topped up with 1.5oz sparkling wine
  • fresh pomegranate seeds to garnish
  • Grated fresh lime zest.

Directions

  1. Pour equal parts of pomegranate juice and sparkling wine in champagne flutes. 
  2. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh lime zest.
