Ingredients
20 kettle-style potato chips
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
10 slices smoked salmon, cut in half
2 tablespoons chives, minced
Black pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
Garnish each chip with one tablespoon of cream cheese, 1/2 slice of smoked salmon and a sprinkle of chives and black pepper.
Squeeze on some lemon juice right before serving to add that extra flavor!
