Potato chip canape smoked salmon
Ingredients
- 20 kettle-style potato chips
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 10 slices smoked salmon, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons chives, minced
- Black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Garnish each chip with one tablespoon of cream cheese, 1/2 slice of smoked salmon and a sprinkle of chives and black pepper.
- Squeeze on some lemon juice right before serving to add that extra flavor!
