A purple tall concoction that is filled with tropical flavours.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz rum
  • 1/2 oz Aperitivo
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz ube syrup
  • 2 oz pineapple juice

Directions

  1. Shake rum, Apertivo, lime juice, ube syrup and pineapple juice and pour into a rocks glass.
  2. Garnish with dark lemon. Enjoy!
