Ingredients

2 large green zucchini

2 large yellow zucchini

2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) dried chili flakes

2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) butter

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat butter in frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Using a vegetable peeler, peel long strips of zucchini skin and flesh.
- These should look like green and yellow paperdelle (or tagliatelle) noodles.
- Add zucchini strips to hot butter and cook for two to three minutes, tossing often.
- Add chili flakes, salt and pepper and cook for one minute.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
- Serve with grouper with sour cherry salsa (see recipe).
