Really big cookie sandwich
Ingredients
- 3 cups (380 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- .5 lbs unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 227 grams of brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 369 grams milk chocolate chips
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 454 grams Reese’s pieces
- 148 mililitres chocolate sauce
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- Line a cooking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl add salt, baking soda and flour then mix.
- In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer and beat the butter, sugar and brown sugar together.
- Add three eggs and vanilla. While still mixing, add the other bowl with your flour, baking soda and salt.
- Separate your cookies to 148 gram portions or desired size for your sandwiches.
- Cook for 13-15 minutes while keeping an eye on them.
- When finished, let the cookies sit and cool for half hour.
- Take one cookie and place four large scoops of vanilla ice cream on top, then drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Add a handful of chopped up Reece’s pieces around the ice cream.
