SERVES
5
Ingredients
3 cups (380 grams) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt
.5 lbs unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
227 grams of brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 large eggs, at room temperature
369 grams milk chocolate chips
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
454 grams Reese’s pieces
148 mililitres chocolate sauce
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 F.
Line a cooking tray with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl add salt, baking soda and flour then mix.
In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer and beat the butter, sugar and brown sugar together.
Add three eggs and vanilla. While still mixing, add the other bowl with your flour, baking soda and salt.
Separate your cookies to 148 gram portions or desired size for your sandwiches.
Cook for 13-15 minutes while keeping an eye on them.
When finished, let the cookies sit and cool for half hour.
Take one cookie and place four large scoops of vanilla ice cream on top, then drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Add a handful of chopped up Reece’s pieces around the ice cream.
