1¾ cups unsweetened dairy-free milk
½ cup frozen cauliflower (about 5 florets)
½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
½ cup frozen or fresh raspberries
¼ cup baby spinach
2 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon almond butter (or nut or seed butter of choice)
1 tablespoon vegan protein powder
1 medjool date, pitted
Directions
Add ingredients and blend together.
