Restore smoothie
Ingredients
- 1¾ cups unsweetened dairy-free milk
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower (about 5 florets)
- ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- ½ cup frozen or fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup baby spinach
- 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or nut or seed butter of choice)
- 1 tablespoon vegan protein powder
- 1 medjool date, pitted
Directions
- Add ingredients and blend together.
