Add butter and honey to a small bowl and microwave on high for two minutes.
Brush sliced bananas with melted butter and honey and arrange sliced-side down on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for eight to ten minutes or until browned.
Transfer roasted bananas to serving dishes, drizzle with coconut milk and honey, and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
