2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) butter

3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) honey, plus more for drizzling

4 bananas, sliced in half lengthwise and crosswise

1/4 teaspoon (0.5 milliliters) salt

1/2 cup (240 milliliters) coconut milk

1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) roasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F (205 F).
- Add butter and honey to a small bowl and microwave on high for two minutes.
- Brush sliced bananas with melted butter and honey and arrange sliced-side down on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for eight to ten minutes or until browned.
- Transfer roasted bananas to serving dishes, drizzle with coconut milk and honey, and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
