Roasted veggie and hummus wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted veggies - sweet potato, red onion, carrots or any roasted veggies you have on hand
  • 2 tortillas
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices havarti cheese

Directions

  1. To make these wraps spread hummus onto a tortilla. Top with romaine, havarti and roasted veggies. Roll and cut in half.
