Rodney's healthy start breakfast smoothie

The best energy packed way to start your morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 gala apple
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • One serving whey protein powder

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender, and purer until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed!
  2. For those on-the-go, pour into a mason jar with a lid – make sure you bring a straw!
