Ingredients
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 ripe banana
2/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup strawberries
1 cup spinach leaves
1/2 gala apple
1 cup almond milk
1/2 lemon squeezed
One serving whey protein powder
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into a blender, and purer until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed!
For those on-the-go, pour into a mason jar with a lid – make sure you bring a straw!
