No Pride party is complete without a rosé cocktail! Made with gin, Aperol and sweet vermouth and grapefruit, this bright and colourful drink will hit the spot on a hot summer's day.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce rose gin
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 0.5 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • Sparkling Rosé float

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add rose gin, Aperol, sweet vermouth and grapefruit juice.
  2. Shake well and pour over ice into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a zest of grapefruit or some edible flowers if you have them.
