Ruby range refresher

Ingredients
- 60 milliliters unsweetened cranberry juice
- 60 milliliters rhubarb syrup
- 8-10 drops cranberry bitters
- 120 milliliters soda water
- Low-bush cranberries
Directions
- Pour over ice in a Collins glass or champagne flute (no ice) and stir. Garnish with low-bush cranberries.
