Salsa verde cruda

Ingredients

  • 2 Serrano peppers
  • 1 piece scallion
  • 1/4 piece white onion
  • 350 grams tomatillo
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 stems cilantro
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender, pulse a few times to create a chunky consistency, seasoned with salt to taste.
