Salted avocado chocolate truffles
Ingredients
- 6 ounces 70-80% dark chocolate, finely chopped
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 small ripe avocado (about 1/3 cup avocado mixture)
- Fleur de sel
Directions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals on 50% power, stirring between each 30 seconds until melted.
- Mix the chocolate with the mashed avocado and vanilla, then transfer to the fridge for 15 minutes until slightly firm.
- Use a small melon scooper to scoop out chocolate balls and roll into balls. Top with fleur de sel and enjoy.
