Sheet pan salmon

An easy weeknight meal that only requires the all-mighty sheet pan.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 4-6 oz salmon fillets
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a small bowl, mix mayo, honey, dijon and herbs.
- Brush the mix of mayo, honey, dijon and herbs on salmon.
- Place salmon on a sheet pan, (ideally lined with parchment paper for easy clean-up).
- Bake salmon for 15 minutes (skin-side down if it is skin-on), or until cooked throughout. Serve and enjoy!
