Sheila’s famous prosciutto basil pasta

Keep it simple with this delicious pasta dish! Made with cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese, prosciutto and basil, you will love how elegant this meal is.

Ingredients
- 100g Fusilli pasta (approx one box/bag)
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 oz thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma (1 package)
- 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup packed basil leaves, cut with scissors at time of serving
- Drizzle of olive oil, for serving
Directions
- Cook pasta al dente, according to package directions.
- Add cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, and garlic to a small bowl. Let marinade while the pasta is cooking.
- Add cooked pasta to individual dishes.
- Top with tears of prosciutto, freshly shaved parmesan, cut basil, and marinated tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve at room temperature!
- To serve, arrange, dress and plate on individual plates. Enjoy!
