Shimmering elderflower melon cocktail
Make your elderflower melon cocktail shimmer with St Germain liqueur and edible green and blue lustre dust

Ingredients
Shimmering liqueur
- 1 cup St. Germain liqueuer
- 1/8 teaspoon edible green lustre dust
- 1/8 teaspoon edible blue lustre dust
Elderflower cocktail
- 2 ounces melon liqueur
- 1 ounce lemon vodka
- 1/2 ounce Shimmer St. Germain liqueur
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Sugar, to rim
- Edible flowers, to garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients for the shimmering liquer. Stir well.
- Place melon liqueur, lemon vodka, Shimmering St. Germain, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Run a sliced lemon around the rim of a chilled serving glass, and dip in sugar. Strain cocktail into glass and garnish with edible flowers.
