Smashed cucumber and radish salad

Ingredients
- 225 grams baby cucumbers halved lengthwise
- 225 grams red radish
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, hung in cheesecloth
Directions
- Slice baby cucumbers in half lengthwise, crush gently with a meat mallet/ heavy knife/ bottom of a pot, then slice the pieces into large chunks.
- Also crush the whole red radish in the same fashion, combine with cucumber and toss with salt, reserve for ten minutes, then discard rendered juices.
- Combine the remaining ingredients, then toss with cucumbers and radish, adjust seasoning to taste.
