Make this delicious cocktail from Sebastien Centner feat. Bourbon and your leftover mash!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon sweet potato purée
  • .5 ounces maple syrup
  • 5 fresh lemon juice
  • spiced rim (2 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon nutmeg)

Directions

  1. Rim the glass with a lemon wedge and roll in spices. Add the remaining ingredients to a mixing tin with ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Double strain into coupe glass.
