Sparking grapefruit and cranberry cocktail

  • 1.5 ounces Kvas cranberry rosemary simple syrup
  • 1.5 ounces grapefruit juice
  • 3 ounces Trius Brut sparkling wine
  • Cranberry and rosemary, for garnish


  1. Add all ingredients, other than the garnish and sparkling wine, into a cocktail mixer. Shake and strain. 
  2. Top with sparkling wine.
  3. Add the garnish, then serve and enjoy.
