Sparkling sangria

Do you love peaches? Well, then, we have a treat for you. This sparkling sangria embraces all those sweet, airy flavours, made with peach juice and frozen peaches. Make it bubbly with some prosecco and this is one delicious summer sipper!


  • 1 bottle Prosecco (750 ml)
  • 1 cup peach juice (or 1/2 c. Peach nectar)
  • 1 cup peach schnapps
  • Frozen peaches (you can also get creative and use blueberries, strawberries, whatever you like … just know berries will colour the sangria)


  1. Into a pitcher combine peach juice and schnapps. When ready to serve, gentle pour in Prosecco. Add frozen fruit, stir gently and pour into wide bowl wine glasses or even Champagne flutes.
