In a small pot on medium high heat add ghee and oatmeal. Cook for one to two minutes until oatmeal is slightly golden. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
In same pot, add almond milk, and mashed bananas. Bring to a simmer, and stir in oatmeal. Cook for five to six minutes until oatmeal has thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in cardamom. Serve in bowls and garnish with toasted almonds just before serving. Enjoy!
