1. Stir together flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a large bowl.
2. Dredge spiralized potato in flour mixture.
3. Heat deep fryer or pot of vegetable oil to 350°F (177 °C).
4. Fry potato until crispy and brown. Remove to paper towel to drain.
5. Sprinkle with salt and chopped parsley. Serve as a nest on top of mussels.
