Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.5oz smoked maple syrup
- 4 drops angostura bitters
Directions
- Stir bourbon, maple syrup and angostura bitters in a glass.
- Place on a plate with a glass dome on top, char wood chips in a small smoking gun and ’smoke’ the glass with apple wood. Let the dome be filled with smoke, remove it after 10 to 15 seconds and enjoy.
