2 oz bourbon
0.5oz smoked maple syrup
4 drops angostura bitters
Directions
Stir bourbon, maple syrup and angostura bitters in a glass.
Place on a plate with a glass dome on top, char wood chips in a small smoking gun and ’smoke’ the glass with apple wood. Let the dome be filled with smoke, remove it after 10 to 15 seconds and enjoy.
