Steamed mussels in a white wine seafood broth

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 shallot, diced  
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • Chili flakes to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine 
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) seafood stock   
  • 1 pound (454 g) mussels (cleaned)
