Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) ricotta cheese
  • Handful of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Spoon on ricotta and spread to cover toast. Layer sliced strawberries on top. Drizzle with balsamic.
  2. Enjoy!
