Strawberry banana mango smoothie

Smoothies might just be one of the best breakfast foods ever. This recipe features fresh fruit like strawberries, blackberries, banana and mango, giving it a wonderfully sweet flavour that's perfect for the A.M. Blend away!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup sliced mango
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup mixed oats/trail mix
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients starting with water and ice.
  2. Blend for a minute at high speed.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
