Grab your sunglasses and beach towel, this strawberry caipiroska will transport you right to South America.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime, cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 5 strawberries
  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) vodka
  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) club soda

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle together lime, brown sugar, and strawberries until pulpy in texture. Add a handful of crushed ice, and vodka, and shake.
  2. Pour into a highball glass, and top with club soda. Garnish with a sliced strawberry.
